Responsibilities

• Develop new features using Python and Angular.
• Create scalable UI components in Angular.
• Design data pipelines, integrations, and backend services on Flask and Mongo.
• Collaborate on training, prompt engineering, fine‑tuning and deploying AI/ML models.
• Take ideas from spec to production and work closely with founders (product ownership).

Qualifications

• Strong Python, Angular, MongoDB skills.
• Ability to build end‑to‑end features using cursor.
• Excellent communication skills (ability to convey ideas clearly).
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with AI and machine‑learning concepts (plus).

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in programming and object‑oriented programming (OOP).
• Extensive college projects experience.
• Experience in high‑paced startup teams.
