Role Overview

We are looking for a strong problem solver who can act as the founder’s extended mind—thinking ahead, anticipating issues, solving problems independently, and supporting the founders across every field of work. This role is not limited to one department. The ideal candidate should be adaptable, reliable, sharp, and able to function with the same mindset, clarity, and urgency as the founder.

Key Responsibilities
  • End‑to‑End Problem Solving
  • Identify problems early and propose practical solutions.
  • Break down unstructured tasks into clear, action‑oriented steps.
  • Execute tasks independently with minimal supervision.
  • Work Across Every Function

You will work in all areas of the company, including but not limited to:

  • Operations
  • HR & recruitment follow‑ups
  • Admin & finance coordination
  • Product & tech coordination
  • Sales/marketing support (if required)
  • Research, analysis & documentation

Founder‑Level Execution Support

  • Work closely with founders and support their day‑to‑day priorities.
  • Act as the founder’s extended mind—thinking through details, planning, and execution.
  • Ensure tasks are completed accurately, quickly, and without repeated follow‑ups.
  • Coordinate with multiple teams and keep tasks moving.
  • Maintain clarity, documentation, and structured updates for the founders.
  • Prepare summaries, research notes, briefs, and business insights.
  • Assist founders in decision‑making with well‑organized information.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of startup experience (mandatory).
  • Strong problem‑solving and logical thinking skills.
  • High ownership—gets work done without reminders.
  • Ability to multitask across different workstreams.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets, and documentation tools.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, changing environment.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience supporting leadership or founders.
  • Good organizational and coordination abilities.
