What You’ll Do (Your Day-to-Day)
Capital Raise Execution
  • Build and manage the investor pipeline and CRM.
  • Segment and prioritize angels, seed funds, and strategic investors.
  • Coordinate outreach, follow-ups, and meeting preparation.
  • Track fundraising funnel metrics from first touch to close.
Investor Materials & Narrative
  • Support refinement of pitch decks, storytelling, and data rooms.
  • Prepare pitch variants for different investor profiles.
  • Assist with diligence preparation and investor Q&A.
  • Coordinate dry runs with advisors and existing investors.
Strategic Support
  • Research comparable companies, markets, and funding benchmarks.
  • Support investor updates and relationship management.
  • Help institutionalize the fundraising process into a repeatable engine.
What You’ll Achieve
  • Built and managed a live investor funnel with >95% accuracy.
  • Supported 5–10 investor meetings per month, ensuring seamless preparation.
  • Contributed to pitch decks and materials that improve investor engagement.
  • Tracked and reported fundraising metrics that directly influence decisions.
  • Gained first-hand experience in capital raising, building a strong personal credibility.
Who We’re Looking For
