Shifu Foundation in Bengaluru invites you to join the Founder’s Office, working directly with the founders and leadership to build nationwide programmes. You’ll pick one of two tracks: Programs or Growth, with time options of full-time or part-time at 15–20 hours a week.

The role is a 9–12 month engagement with stipends: full-time ₹50,000 per month, part-time ₹20,000–₹30,000 per month. You’ll be part of a mission to empower 100 tech entrepreneurs from India’s districts.

Qualifikationen

• UG/PG students and recent graduates.
• Prior startup domain experience is a must. You’ve competed in B-plan competitions, run or been part of an E-Cell, built a side project, interned at a startup, or started something of your own.
• People with proof of work, not pedigree: you’ve built, organised, run or shipped something real.
• People curious about startups, and about India beyond the metros.
• People comfortable with ambiguity, who figure things out without waiting to be told.
• People who speak confidently to people far senior to them.

• Read the numbers, test ideas, and double down on what works.
