Job summary

Kyndryl is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to work directly with customers, shaping AI deployment solutions that deliver measurable business value. You will operate in a triad of engineering, consulting, and product expertise, often on-site, translating complex AI problems into actionable outcomes.

You’ll prototype, deploy and monitor AI solutions using Generative AI, Agentic AI architectures, and multi-agent ecosystems, collaborating with global teams to accelerate customer success.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years IT experience with at least 1 year in Agentic AI frameworks, orchestration, deployment.
• Proficient in Python; experience with AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch is a plus.
• Familiar with open-source AI tools and libraries incl. Hugging Face.
• T-shaped profile with deep expertise in one or two domains.

Required Skills and Experience

• 3-6 years of relevant IT experience in which at least 1 years of working experience in Agentic AI Frameworks, Orchestration, Deployment and 2 years on GenAI solutions
• Programming Proficiency: Demonstrable expertise in Python; experience working with AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch is a plus.
• Open-Source Ecosystems: Familiarity with community-driven AI tools and libraries, including Hugging Face and relevant repositories.
• T-shaped Profile: Deep technical expertise in one or two domains, with
