Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a senior professional to lead AI governance, model risk, and data risk programs. You will translate policies into practical controls, design testing strategies, and guide governance submissions.

The role requires engaging senior stakeholders, delivering AI/GenAI solutions in regulated industries, and establishing post-deployment monitoring and incident response processes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in AI governance, model risk, data risk, governance, or related assurance functions.
• Hands-on experience delivering AI/ML/GenAI in highly regulated industries (Banking, FS, Insurance, Healthcare).
• Deep understanding of AI lifecycle risks, controls, validation, monitoring, and regulatory expectations.
• Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders and drive risk-informed decisions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with AI/GenAI delivery squads and act as risk and governance lead for high-impact implementations.
• Translate policies, regulations, and standards into practical controls, guardrails, testing strategies, and acceptance criteria.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with AI/GenAI delivery squads
• Act as the risk and governance lead for high-impact AI implementations.
• Translate policies, regulations, and standards into practical controls, guardrails, testing strategies, and acceptance criteria.
• Design and challenge AI risk testing, validation, and assurance activities.
• Prepare governance submissions, risk assessments, and release-readiness recommendations.
• Define post-deployment monitoring, risk indicators, alerting thresholds, and incident response processes.
• Influence business, delivery, and technology stakeholders without formal authority

Required Experience

• 10+ years in AI Governance, Model Risk Management, Technology Risk, Data Risk, Compliance, Audit, Assurance, or AI Delivery.
• Hands-on experience delivering AI/ML/GenAI solutions in highly regulated industries (Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare, etc.).
• Strong understanding of AI lifecycle risks, controls, validation, monitoring, and regulatory expectations.
• Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders and drive risk-informed decisions
