Job summary

ThreatXIntel is seeking an experienced Forward Deployed Engineering Lead for Chennai. You will architect, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade Java full-stack applications, integrating Generative AI and Agentic AI workflows.

The role requires hands-on coding and leadership of multi-disciplinary teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions in collaboration with clients and stakeholders. You will drive architecture, tool integration, and security practices across REST APIs, microservices, and cloud

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, development, and deployment of end-to-end applications using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and JavaScript.
• Drive hands-on implementation of Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions, including AI agents, tool calling, orchestration, and multi-agent workflows.
• Implement and integrate Agent-to-Agent (A2A) communication and authentication mechanisms to enable secure interactions between AI agents.
• Design scalable REST APIs, microservices, and secure enterprise application architectures.
• Work directly with clients and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into production-ready technical solutions.
• Lead technical teams, drive engineering best practices, and ensure performance, security, scalability, and reliability.
• Oversee AI solution integration, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement in enterprise environments.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Forward Deployed Engineering Lead with 18-21 years of experience in Java Full Stack Engineering, technical leadership, and hands-on development of Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions. The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade applications, integrating scalable backend services, modern frontend technologies, and AI-powered agentic workflows to solve complex business challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, development, and deployment of end-to-end applications using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and JavaScript.
• Drive hands-on implementation of Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions, including AI agents, tool calling, orchestration, and multi-agent workflows.

Preferred Qualifications
