Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in India seeks a seasoned software engineer to design scalable AI platforms and cloud-native architectures for enterprise clients. You will drive system design, Python-based microservices, and AI accelerator initiatives.

The role requires hands-on work with GCP, Vertex AI, Gemini APIs, Kubernetes, and data retrieval systems, plus executive stakeholder engagements. You will shape reusable frameworks, PoCs, and production-grade AI applications for client engagements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with strong system design expertise.
• Extensive experience in Python, APIs, microservices, and cloud-native development.
• Experience designing and delivering enterprise AI solutions using LLMs, RAG, and multi-agent systems.
• Hands-on work with GCP, Vertex AI, Gemini APIs, and Agent Builder for AI platforms.
• Experience delivering AI solutions with LLMs and agent frameworks; executive stakeholder engagements.
• Experience building AI accelerators, PoCs, and production-grade AI applications.
• Expertise in cloud architecture, Kubernetes, containerization, DevOps and CI/CD.
• Data engineering, vector databases, knowledge retrieval systems, and AI governance.
• Preferred: Gemini Enterprise for Customer Experience; Telecommunications domain knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of scalable AI solutions for enterprise clients.
• Oversee cloud-native development using Python, APIs, microservices, and Kubernetes.
• Drive AI accelerator initiatives, reusable frameworks, and PoCs into production.
• Engage with executive stakeholders and provide technical consulting.

Experience: 10 Years / Location: Pan India.

Notice Period: Immedaite to 30 Days.

• Must have 10+ years of software engineering experience with strong expertise in system design

and scalable architecture.

• Must have extensive experience in Python, APIs, microservices, and cloud-native application development.

• Must have 4+ years of hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Vertex AI, Gemini APIs, Agent Builder,

and AI/ML platforms.

• Must have experience designing and delivering enterprise AI solutions using LLMs, RAG,

multi-agent systems, and Agentic AI frameworks.

• Must have experience leading customer-facing solution architecture, technical consulting,

and executive stakeholder engagements.

• Must have experience building AI accelerators, reusable frameworks, PoCs, and production-grade AI applications.
• Must have expertise in cloud architecture, Kubernetes, containerization, DevOps, CI/CD,

and platform engineering.

• Must have strong experience in data engineering, vector databases, knowledge retrieval systems,

and AI governance.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Excellent communicator with a consulting mindset articulate, conversant, and able to engage business and technical stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
• Hands-on experience with Gemini Enterprise, and skilled in Gemini Enterprise for Customer Experience (GECX).

Well versed in the Telecommunications domain (added advantage).
