Qualifications

Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Forward Deployed AI Engineer to design and deliver AI/LLM-based solutions, build data pipelines, and work directly with senior client stakeholders. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in LLM post-training, AI solution engineering, and end-to-end project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI/LLM solutions, including RAG, AI agents, and synthetic data pipelines.
• Work on LLM training, fine-tuning, and evaluation.
• Implement SFT and Reinforcement Learning workflows.
• Build scalable AI solutions using Python, APIs, and data pipelines.
• Collaborate with CTOs, engineering leaders, and clients.
• Own project delivery, technical quality, and client communication.

Required Skills

• Strong Python, NumPy, and Pandas.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and Generative AI.
• Mandatory experience in SFT and Reinforcement Learning.
• Knowledge of RLHF, DPO, PPO, and LoRA/PEFT.
• Experience with RAG, LangChain, AI Agents, and API integration.
• Strong problem-solving and client-facing communication skills.
• 8+ years of experience in AI/ML, LLM, or data engineering projects.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in production AI/ML deployments.
• Experience in synthetic data generation and LLM evaluation.
• Technical leadership and mentoring experience.
• Experience working with global or enterprise clients.
