Job summary

Themis Medicare Limited in Hyderabad is seeking a formulation scientist to lead lab trials for Injectables, OSD and TDS, and to drive development workflows in a GMP environment.

You will prepare PDRs, stability protocols and reports, perform pre-formulation studies, and interpret chromatograms and analytical data to support scale-up and technology transfer.

Collaborating with ADL, QA, QC, DRA, Production and PPIC, you ensure timely development documentation and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct formulation lab trials for Injectables, OSD and TDS.
• Prepare PDRs, stability study protocols and reports.
• Conduct pre-formulation studies, process optimization and troubleshooting.
• Interpret chromatograms and analytical data related to formulation development.
• Coordinate with ADL, QA, QC, DRA, Production and PPIC for product development activities.
• Support scale-up, technology transfer and development documentation as required.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs and regulatory requirements.
