Job summary

Orcapod Consulting Services is seeking an experienced IAM Architect to lead ForgeRock implementations in large enterprise environments. You will design, integrate, and optimize identity and access management solutions across AM, IDM, DS, and IG.

Candidates should have hands-on ForgeRock expertise, familiarity with Sailpoint, and a proven track record migrating from legacy IAM platforms to modern IAM ecosystems; strong collaboration with enterprise apps and HR/CRM systems is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IAM design and implementation experience.
• Hands-on ForgeRock IAM platform experience.
• Experience with Sailpoint IAM.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, architecture, and implementation of ForgeRock IAM solutions across AM, IDM, DS, and IG.
• Architect authentication trees, MFA flows, and federation (OAuth2, OIDC, SAML 2.0, WS-Fed).
• Drive end-to-end IAM designs for large-scale enterprises, migrating from legacy IAM systems.
• Define integration strategies with enterprise apps, HR systems, CRMs, LDAP/AD, and IdPs/SPs.

Detailed Job Description Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of ForgeRock solutions across Access Management (AM), Identity Management (IDM), Directory Services (DS), and Identity Gateway (IG) • Architect complex authentication trees, adaptive/multi-factor authentication flows, and federation setups (OAuth2, OIDC, SAML 2.0, WS-Fed) • Drive end-to-end IAM solution design for large-scale enterprise environments, including migration from legacy IAM systems (e.g., Sun/Oracle IAM, SiteMinder, IBM ISAM) to ForgeRock • Own the upgrade strategy, patching roadmap, and performance/scalability tuning for ForgeRock deployments • Serve as the escalation point for complex production issues, conducting root cause analysis for critical SSO/authentication failures • Define integration strategies for connecting ForgeRock with enterprise applications, HR systems, CRMs, directories (LDAP/AD), and third-party IdPs/SPs
