Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for ForgeRock IAM across SaaS, cloud, and on‑prem environments.
• Handle incidents, service requests, and maintenance per SLAs.
• Onboard applications and users via SSO, federation, and access policy configuration.
• Perform provisioning/de-provisioning and maintain audit trails and documentation.
• Automate IAM tasks using scripting, CI/CD, or IaC.
• Participate in change, patch, and upgrade activities and maintain runbooks.

L35 - Senior Consultant

As an experienced Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines. Need-basis you will be mentoring and/or directing junior team members/liaising with onsite/offshore teams to understand the functional requirements.

Work you'll do

As a Senior Consultant on the Cyber Operate team, you will be responsible for:

• Providing operational support for ForgeRock Identity and Access Management solutions, including Access Management, Identity Management, and Autonomous Identity Cloud, across software-as-a-service, cloud, and on-premises environments
• Supporting incident, service request, and maintenance activities in alignment with service level agreements, including monitoring, health checks, alert handling, troubleshooting, and escalation
• Onboarding applications and users through single sign-on, federation, and access policy configuration to support secure and compliant access management
• Performing user provisioning, de-provisioning, access reviews, authentication journey updates, and policy changes while maintaining audit trails and documentation
• Automating routine identity and access management tasks using scripting, business process model and notation workflows, continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines, or infrastructure as code
• Participating in change, patch, and upgrade activities, and maintaining documentation, runbooks, and knowledge articles to support service delivery and continuous improvement

Cyber Operate team focuses on efficiently running operations by enabling automation, reducing manual effort and adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) based on the standards set by clients.

Shift Timings

24x7 rotational shifts; flexibility for night, weekend, and holiday coverage; on-call support based on project assignments

Qualifications

Required

• 3+ years of professional information technology experience
• 1+ years of experience supporting or operating ForgeRock identity and access management solutions in a managed services or operations environment
• Experience with incident management, service requests, user provisioning, de-provisioning, and periodic access reviews using ForgeRock identity and access management tools
• Experience with system monitoring, alert handling, health checks, troubleshooting, minor configuration updates, and participation in change, patch, and upgrade cycles
• Experience creating documentation, runbooks, and support materials for operational processes
• Experience with information technology infrastructure library processes and information technology service management tools such as ServiceNow or Jira Service Management
• Experience with PowerShell, Shell, Python, or similar scripting for identity and access management operational tasks
• Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor of Technology, Master of Computer Applications, Master of Science in Computer Science, or equivalent degree from an accredited university

Preferred

• Experience supporting identity and access management products such as Okta, SailPoint, Ping, or Microsoft Entra ID
• Experience integrating ForgeRock with enterprise platforms, directories, or cloud applications
• Experience supporting hybrid or cloud-native environments, including Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, or Kubernetes
• Experience supporting identity and access management operations aligned to General Data Protection Regulation, Sarbanes-Oxley, or similar compliance requirements
• Entry-level certifications in information technology infrastructure library, cloud, Linux, cybersecurity, or identity and access management
