Bling Brands in Bengaluru is seeking a footwear development professional to drive products from concept to production. You will work closely with design teams to create prototypes, samples and final shoe designs, and you will conduct fit testing to ensure customer needs are met.

The role requires hands-on experience in footwear construction, pattern making, and CAD tooling. You will manage development processes from pattern making to manufacturing, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Formación

• 2-5 years of experience in footwear development or related field.
• Strong understanding of footwear construction methods and materials.
• Proficiency in pattern making software (CAD) is required; knowledge of other relevant tools an asset.
