F&B Pricing and Contracts

Location: Gurugram

Job Purpose

• Monitor and execute operational tasks for procurement requirements from the F&B service provider
• Manage with assigned F&B service provider accounts for daily operations.
• Establish strong inter departmental relationship with Procurement & Supply Chain (P&SC) and provide time bound execution of tenders.
• Assist Sr. Manager to define F&B specifications like menu grids, meal ratios & service requirements to enable P&SC to offer best in class procurement to F&B services.

Role Requirements

• 3-year diploma in Hotel Management/Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality/Statistics/Commerce, Operations Management, or any related field
• 4 to 6 years of experience as a financial analyst with F&B background in aviation, hotels involved in Contractual negotiations.
• Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Suite and dashboards is required.
• Sound working knowledge of business intelligence, software and dashboards is required.
• Knowledge of culinary operations and commercials.
• Equipped with various analytical skills.
