Job summary

FirstRand Group is seeking a dedicated Customer Advisor to deliver exceptional service within its banking network. You will proactively understand client needs, guide them to appropriate service channels, and promote tailored financial solutions while ensuring compliance with established policies.

The role sits within FNB POP initiatives and focuses on delivering a consistent, client-centric experience across digital and in-branch channels.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Grade 12 or NQF Level 4 with FAIS exposure.
  • Grants knowledge of customer service processes and policy adherence.

Qualification & Experience Requirement

Minimum Qualification: Grade 12/ NQF Level 4

Preferred Qualification: NQF Level 5 Certificate in Banking, Business Administration, Customer Service, or related fields recognized by FAIS

1-3 years of experience in customer-facing environments, service delivery, or client support within financial services
