Job description

Unico Connect is seeking a Senior FlutterFlow Developer to ship cross-platform mobile apps faster using FlutterFlow combined with custom Dart code. The role builds production apps with Firebase or Supabase backends and extends the visual builder with custom widgets, actions, and functions where it falls short. The position is well suited to senior mobile engineers who combine no-code productivity with strong Flutter fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Build production-grade FlutterFlow apps with custom Dart code where needed
• Integrate Firebase, Supabase, or Xano backends
• Implement complex flows including auth, payments, push notifications, chat, and location services
• Extend FlutterFlow with custom widgets, custom actions, and custom functions
• Optimise for App Store and Play Store submission
• Document handoff to engineering teams that maintain the app post-launch
• Mentor junior FlutterFlow developers on patterns and best practices
• Lead architecture discussions for FlutterFlow + custom code hybrid apps
• Govern mobile delivery quality including App Privacy and Data Safety declarations
• Author internal FlutterFlow playbooks and shared component libraries

Qualifications

• 5+ years of mobile development with at least 2 years using FlutterFlow
• Strong Dart and Flutter fundamentals so FlutterFlow can be extended with custom code
• Production experience integrating Firebase or Supabase
• Familiar with App Store and Play Store submission workflows
• Comfort reading designer specs and matching them precisely
• Capacity to debug FlutterFlow performance issues
• Working knowledge of REST APIs and JSON
• Excellent code review and written communication skills
• Track record of shipping multiple FlutterFlow apps to production
• Bachelor\'s degree or strong portfolio of FlutterFlow projects
