Job summary

DataArtha Solutions in Kochi/Hybrid environment is seeking a Lead Mobile Engineer to drive the architecture and delivery of Pulse Customer and Delivery apps. You will establish reusable Flutter foundations, secure API integration and reliable release practices while ensuring device-aware experiences.

With 7-10 years in software, including 4+ years in Flutter, you will mentor engineers, coordinate with backend, UX, QA and DevOps, and own mobile standards, testing and performance to deliver MVPs

Qualifications

• Advanced Flutter/Dart and mobile architecture required.
• 4+ years in Flutter with 7-10 years overall experience.
• Experience with state management (Riverpod/Bloc) and secure storage.
• Android/iOS release and store management experience.
• Unit, widget and integration testing.
• Lead engineers and coordinate with backend/UX/QA/DevOps.

• Define Flutter architecture, module structure, state management and navigation.
• Lead secure JWT/refresh-token storage and API client patterns.
• Design connectivity, retry, local persistence and graceful failure.
• Implement shared components, theming, analytics, push and environment config.
• Guide camera, image upload, external maps and proof-of-delivery.
• Own mobile coding standards, reviews, tests and performance.
• Manage Android/iOS build signing, store releases and staged rollout.
• Coach engineers and coordinate with backend, UX, QA and DevOps.

The role works in a cross-functional, documentation-first and architecture-led product environment. Candidates must be comfortable with hands-on ownership, transparent decisions, code/design review, automated quality controls and production accountability. The six-month MVP excludes unnecessary microservices, Kubernetes, speculative AI and other scope not approved through product governance.
