About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Full-Stack Developer with expertise in Flutter for cross‑platform mobile development and React.js/Next.js for web development. The ideal candidate is a versatile developer who can handle end‑to‑end product development across mobile and web platforms with a strong focus on performance and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain cross‑platform mobile applications using Flutter (iOS & Android).
• Build scalable, high‑performance web applications using React.js and Next.js.
• Develop reusable, maintainable widget trees and UI components following Flutter and React best practices.
• Implement state management solutions — BLoC/Provider/Riverpod for Flutter; Redux/Zustand/Context API for React.
• Integrate REST APIs, GraphQL endpoints, and Firebase/Supabase backends across mobile and web apps.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement responsive, pixel‑perfect designs using Figma specifications.
• Implement authentication flows (OAuth2, JWT, Firebase Auth) across platforms.
• Optimize app performance by reducing build size, improving rendering speed, and resolving memory leaks.
• Write unit and widget tests for Flutter, and unit/integration tests using Jest or Testing Library for React.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, code reviews, and sprint planning.
• Publish and maintain applications on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

Required Qualifications

• 2–3 years of hands‑on professional experience in Flutter and React.js/Next.js development.
• Strong proficiency in Dart and Flutter, including widgets, navigation, animations, and platform channels.
• Solid experience with React.js, including hooks, component architecture, and performance optimization.
• Good working knowledge of Next.js, including SSR, SSG, ISR, middleware, and API routes.
• Experience with state management in both ecosystems (BLoC/Provider for Flutter; Redux/Context for React).
• Proficiency in REST API integration and asynchronous programming patterns.
• Familiarity with Firebase, Supabase, or similar Backend‑as‑a‑Service (BaaS) platforms.
• Strong understanding of mobile UX patterns, accessibility guidelines, and application lifecycle management.
• Proficiency with Git and experience using CI/CD pipelines such as GitHub Actions, Fastlane, or Bitrise.
• Experience publishing applications to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with TypeScript in React/Next.js projects.
• Knowledge of native iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin) for platform‑specific customizations.
• Familiarity with WebSockets, push notifications (FCM/APNs), and deep linking.
• Experience with Figma for design‑to‑code workflows.
• Knowledge of App Store Optimization (ASO) and Google Play policies.
