Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Flutter Lead with over 10 years of expertise in mobile and web application

development, with a focus on Flutter and Dart technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background

in the insurance domain, ensuring the development of cutting-edge solutions tailored to industry-specific

requirements. As a Flutter Lead, you will play a critical role in overseeing project development, mentoring the

team, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality applications for iOS and Android.

Responsible

Design and implement mobile applications using the Flutter framework.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to define software requirements

and specifications.

Develop responsive and user-friendly UIs, ensuring a consistent and intuitive user experience across

various devices.

Integrate third-party APIs and services to enhance application functionality.
Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.
Troubleshoot, debug and optimise code for performance and maintainability.
Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the continuous improvement

of our mobile applications.

Work in an Agile/Scrum development environment, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-up

meetings, and other team activities.

Technical Leadership

Lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance mobile applications using

Flutter and Dart.

Guide and mentor developers in best practices for Flutter application development.
Conduct technical assessments, provide solutions, and oversee project roadmaps.

Requirements
