8+ years of mobile application development experience with 4+ years of hands‑on Flutter development and experience leading engineering teams.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Flutter Technical Lead to architect, develop, and deliver high-quality cross-platform mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Flutter, scalable mobile architecture, performance optimization, security, CI/CD, and team leadership, with the ability to mentor developers and drive engineering excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and development of enterprise Flutter applications.
• Mentor and guide development teams through technical leadership, code reviews, and best practices.
• Collaborate with Product, UX, Backend, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Define coding standards, application architecture, and development processes.
• Optimize application performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.
• Drive technical estimations, release planning, and production support.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in Flutter, Dart, and modern cross-platform mobile development.
• Experience with state management (Riverpod, Bloc/Cubit, Provider, GetX) and Clean Architecture, MVVM, SOLID principles, dependency injection, and design patterns.
• Hands‑on experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, WebSockets, local storage, offline‑first applications, background processing, push notifications, deep linking, and platform channel integration.
• Strong knowledge of Flutter performance optimization, memory management, animations, widget lifecycle, responsive UI, localization, and accessibility.
• Experience implementing secure mobile applications using OAuth2, JWT, biometric authentication, secure storage, SSL/Certificate Pinning, and encryption.
• Experience integrating Firebase services (Authentication, FCM, Crashlytics, Analytics, Remote Config) and third‑party SDKs.
• Experience with testing, code quality, CI/CD pipelines, Git, Fastlane/Codemagic, and Play Store/App Store release management.
• Working knowledge of Android (Kotlin/Java) and iOS (Swift/Objective‑C) native integrations.

Added Advantage

• Experience with Google Maps and/or HERE Maps integration, including routing, navigation, geofencing, offline maps, live location tracking, and location‑based services.
• Experience with video/audio streaming, DRM, WebRTC, AI/ML integrations, payment gateways, or OTT applications.
• Exposure to Flutter Web/Desktop, custom plugins/packages, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
