Front-End Flutter Developer

Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Front-End Flutter Developer to join our technology team. The candidate will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining high-quality, responsive, and scalable mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands‑on experience in Flutter application development, excellent problem‑solving abilities, and the ability to work effectively with backend developers, UI/UX designers, and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Flutter & Mobile Application Development

• Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
• Build responsive, scalable, and user-friendly application interfaces.
• Develop reusable and maintainable Flutter widgets and components.
• Convert UI/UX designs into functional mobile application interfaces.
• Optimize applications for performance, responsiveness, and reliability.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues.

API & Backend Integration

• Integrate Flutter applications with RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Work with JSON data and handle API responses efficiently.
• Implement authentication, authorization, session management, and secure API communication.
• Collaborate with backend developers to ensure seamless application integration.

State Management & Architecture

• Implement appropriate state management solutions such as Provider, Riverpod, Bloc/Cubit, GetX, or equivalent.
• Follow clean, scalable, and maintainable coding practices.
• Apply appropriate application architecture and design patterns.
• Write reusable and modular code.

Testing & Quality

• Perform unit testing, widget testing, and integration testing where required.
• Identify and resolve bugs and performance issues.
• Ensure applications meet functional, usability, and performance requirements.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards.

Version Control & Deployment

• Work with Git/GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket for source-code management.
• Participate in CI/CD processes for application builds and deployments.
• Assist with Android and iOS application build and release processes.
• Maintain proper documentation for application components and technical processes.

Required Technical Skills

• 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in Flutter development.
• Strong proficiency in Dart.
• Strong experience in Flutter UI development and responsive layouts.
• Experience developing mobile applications for Android and iOS.
• Strong understanding of Flutter widgets, navigation, layouts, animations, and lifecycle.
• Experience with REST APIs and JSON.
• Experience with state management frameworks such as Bloc, Provider, Riverpod, GetX, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of asynchronous programming and error handling.
• Experience with Git and version‑control systems.
• Good understanding of mobile application architecture and design patterns.
• Experience debugging and optimizing Flutter applications.
• Knowledge of Firebase and push notifications will be an advantage.

Good to Have

• Experience with Firebase services.
• Experience with third‑party SDK and API integrations.
• Knowledge of native Android/iOS development.
• Experience with payment gateway or other third‑party integrations.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications.

Final managerial discussion and assessment.
