We\'re looking for a Flutter developer who can build beautiful, performant mobile apps from scratch. You\'ll work directly with our design team and clients to ship real products to the App Store and Play Store.

AppUp Labs is a mobile app development company specializing in building custom iOS, Android, and cross-platform applications for startups and growing businesses. We work with clients primarily in the US, UK, and European markets, creating beautiful and functional mobile experiences.

We\'re a small team (9 people) focused on doing great work without the corporate complexity. We\'re expanding our development team and looking for a talented Flutter Developer who can bring designs to life and ship production-ready mobile apps.

The Role

We\'re looking for a Flutter Developer who can take a Figma design and turn it into a pixel-perfect, performant mobile app. You\'ll work across multiple client projects, collaborating directly with our design team and project managers.

Location: Remote (India)

Work Type: Full-Time

What You\'ll Do

Build & Ship:

Build cross-platform mobile apps using Flutter/Dart for iOS and Android

Integrate REST APIs, GraphQL, Firebase, and third-party services

90% of the time 1 project at a time, but sometimes we require you to work on 2-3 projects simultaneously at different stages

Handle app store submissions, code signing, and release management

Work closely with designers to ensure feasibility and polish

Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code

Participate in code reviews and help establish best practices

Troubleshoot and debug issues across devices and OS versions

Types of Projects:

Mobile apps for FinTech, HealthTech, E-commerce, and SaaS companies

Existing app redesigns and feature additions

Complex apps with real-time features, payments, and offline support

Requirements

Must-Haves:

2+ years of Flutter development with shipped apps on App Store or Play Store

Strong Dart skills - you understand state management (Riverpod, BLoC, or Provider)

Firebase experience - Auth, Firestore, Cloud Functions, Push Notifications

Pixel-perfect UI skills - you can match Figma designs down to the last detail

API integration - REST, GraphQL, WebSockets - you\'ve done it all

Self-motivated - comfortable working remotely and independently

Nice-to-Haves:

Native iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin) experience

Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Codemagic, Fastlane, GitHub Actions)

Knowledge of Supabase or other backend-as-a-service platforms

Experience with animations and custom widgets

Contributions to open-source Flutter packages
