The role

We're looking for a passionate, skilled Flutter Developer with 0–2 years of hands‑on experience building high‑quality cross‑platform apps. You should have strong expertise in Flutter and Dart, along with experience deploying apps across Android and iOS. Alongside mobile development, you should be comfortable using AI‑powered development tools and have practical experience integrating AI capabilities into applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain high‑performance Flutter applications
• Build responsive and scalable applications for Android and iOS
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product managers to deliver quality software
• Integrate REST APIs, third‑party SDKs, and cloud services
• Develop reusable, clean, and maintainable code following best practices
• Optimize application performance, security, and user experience
• Publish, deploy, and maintain applications on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store

AI & Modern Development Expectations

• Proficient in using AI‑powered development tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Windsurf, or similar tools to improve productivity
• Experience integrating AI services such as OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or other LLMs into mobile applications
• Familiarity with AI‑based features such as chatbots, document processing, recommendations, image recognition, voice assistance, or workflow automation
• Ability to use AI responsibly for code generation, debugging, testing, and documentation while maintaining code quality and security

Required Skills

• 0–2 years of experience in Flutter development
• Strong knowledge of the Dart programming language
• Experience with state management (Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, GetX, or similar)
• Strong understanding of Flutter architecture and the widget lifecycle
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON parsing, WebSockets, and Firebase
• Knowledge of local databases such as SQLite, Hive, or Isar
• Experience with Git and version‑control workflows
• Understanding of software design principles and clean architecture
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines is an added advantage

Deployment Experience

• Android APK & AAB generation and Play Store deployment
• iOS IPA generation and App Store deployment
• Code signing, provisioning profiles, certificates, and release management
• Managing application updates and versioning across platforms

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Knowledge of Firebase services (Authentication, Firestore, Analytics, Crashlytics, Push Notifications)
• Experience with payment gateway integrations
• Knowledge of app performance optimization and security best practices
• Experience integrating native Android/iOS modules into Flutter applications is a plus
• Basic understanding of backend technologies and APIs
