Required Skills

• 3+ years of total mobile development experience, with at least 2+ years in Flutter.
• Proficient in Dart programming language.
• Strong knowledge of mobile UI/UX standards and best practices.
• Experience with state management libraries (Provider, Bloc, Riverpod, etc.).
• Integration experience with REST APIs, third-party SDKs, and Firebase.
• Understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Familiar with Agile development methodologies and tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and debugging techniques.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience as a team lead or technical architect.
• Exposure to native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift/Objective-C) development.
• Knowledge of DevOps for mobile CI/CD (Fastlane, GitHub Actions, Bitrise).
• Published apps on the App Store or Google Play Store.
