You will work with designers, backend engineers, and senior engineers to deliver scalable, user-friendly mobile applications using Flutter, Dart, and Firebase services.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on Flutter development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Dart and the Flutter framework.
• Experience with Firebase services and REST APIs.
• Experience deploying apps to Google Play Store and App Store.
• Familiarity with state management options (Provider, Bloc, Riverpod, GetX).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter for Android and iOS.
• Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following best practices.
• Integrate REST APIs, Firebase services, and third-party SDKs.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement responsive interfaces.
• Implement Firebase services including Authentication, Firestore, FCM, Crashlytics, Analytics.
• Use Platform Channels for native Android/iOS integrations when needed.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues efficiently.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Flutter, Dart, Firebase, REST APIs, and mobile app deployment. You will work closely with designers, backend developers, and senior engineers to build scalable and user‑friendly mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cross‑platform mobile applications using Flutter for Android and iOS.
• Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following coding standards and best practices.
• Integrate REST APIs, Firebase services, and third‑party SDKs.
• Work with UI/UX designers to implement responsive and pixel‑perfect user interfaces.
• Implement Firebase services including Authentication, Firestore/Realtime Database, Cloud Messaging (FCM), Crashlytics, and Analytics.
• Integrate native Android/iOS functionality using Platform Channels whenever required.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues efficiently.
• Optimize app performance, startup time, memory usage, and responsiveness.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving code quality.
• Publish and maintain applications on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in an Agile development environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2 years of professional experience in Flutter development.
• Strong proficiency in Dart and the Flutter framework.
• Experience with Firebase services:
  • Firebase Authentication
  • Cloud Firestore / Realtime Database
  • Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM)
  • Firebase Crashlytics
  • Firebase Analytics
• Good understanding of RESTful APIs and JSON parsing.
• Experience integrating third‑party SDKs and libraries.
• Familiarity with state management solutions such as:
  • Provider
  • Bloc
  • Riverpod
  • GetX (preferred but not mandatory)
• Experience with local storage (Hive, SharedPreferences, SQLite, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of Platform Channels and native integrations.
• Experience with Git and collaborative version control workflows.
• Understanding of app architecture patterns such as MVVM or Clean Architecture.
• Experience in app deployment to Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Strong debugging and problem‑solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Bitrise, Codemagic, or Fastlane.
• Basic knowledge of native Android (Kotlin) or iOS (Swift).
• Experience with push notifications and deep linking.
• Familiarity with Remote Config, Dynamic Links, or Firebase Functions.
• Knowledge of automated testing (Unit Testing, Widget Testing, Integration Testing).
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
