About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and solution-oriented Flutter App Developer to join our core engineering team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain sophisticated, scalable, and production-ready mobile applications for both Android and iOS using Flutter and Dart.

This position goes beyond standard mobile development. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of artificial intelligence, LLM integrations, complex application logic, system architecture, and performance engineering. You should be capable of building reliable in-house solutions from the ground up and solving technically challenging problems with limited reliance on basic third-party libraries.

Key Responsibilities

• Mobile Application Development

  Design, build, test, and maintain high-quality mobile applications for Android and iOS using Flutter and Dart. Develop clean, modular, reusable, and scalable code suitable for long-term production use.

• Architecture and System Design

  Create robust application architecture, manage complex application states, and establish engineering practices that support scalability, reliability, maintainability, and future product growth.

• AI and Intelligent Features

  Integrate AI models, LLM APIs, and intelligent automated workflows into mobile applications. Work with technologies such as OpenAI APIs, Google Genkit, or equivalent AI platforms to develop smart, practical, and user-focused app features.

• Custom Logic and In-House Solutions

  Build complex custom functionality from scratch, including proprietary business logic, mathematical or financial algorithms, local data pipelines, and advanced data-processing workflows. Apply strong logical reasoning and algorithmic problem-solving to create reliable solutions for complex requirements.

• API and Real-Time Integration

  Implement secure and reliable communication between mobile applications and backend services. Handle REST APIs, server requests, JSON parsing, authentication, error handling, WebSockets, real-time updates, and secure data synchronization.

• Native and Web Integration

  Integrate native Android and iOS functionality within Flutter applications. Work with platform channels, platform views, native configurations, and custom native or web SDKs when required.

• Performance Optimization

  Conduct time profiling, memory analysis, frame-rate monitoring, and performance tuning. Identify and resolve slow rendering, excessive resource usage, memory leaks, crashes, and other issues affecting application stability or responsiveness.

• Notifications, Analytics, and Monitoring

  Implement and maintain Firebase Cloud Messaging notifications, Firebase Analytics, crash reporting, event tracking, and other monitoring tools. Analyze application behavior and use insights to improve product reliability and user experience.

• Package and SDK Management

  Evaluate, configure, customize, and safely integrate Flutter packages and complex third-party SDKs. Modify packages when necessary while ensuring compatibility, security, maintainability, and minimal impact on the overall codebase.

• Collaboration and Delivery

  Work closely with product managers, designers, backend developers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to convert requirements into practical technical solutions. Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, testing, debugging, documentation, and timely product delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Proven professional experience developing mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.

• Strong understanding of Flutter architecture, widgets, state management, navigation, asynchronous programming, and application lifecycle management.
• Practical experience building and deploying applications for both Android and iOS.
• Good conceptual and practical understanding of AI APIs, LLMs, intelligent automation, and AI-powered application features.
• Strong logical reasoning, algorithmic thinking, and problem-solving capability.
• Demonstrated ability to build complex application architecture and custom systems from scratch.
• Experience working with REST APIs, JSON, authentication, WebSockets, error handling, and secure data synchronization.
• Solid understanding of Flutter animations and experience creating smooth, responsive, and premium user interactions.
• Knowledge of platform channels, platform views, native Android and iOS integration, and custom native functionality.
• Familiarity with Android and iOS configuration files, including Gradle, Podfiles, and Info.plist.
• Experience integrating, configuring, debugging, and safely modifying Flutter packages and third-party SDKs.
• Experience implementing Firebase services, including Firebase Cloud Messaging, Firebase Analytics, crash reporting, and event tracking.
• Strong understanding of Git, source-code management, branching strategies, pull requests, code reviews, and codebase maintenance.
