Responsibilities

About the role: Code Inclusive is looking for an experienced Flutter Developer to join our technical team in Jaipur. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality cross-platform mobile applications for Android and iOS.

The ideal candidate should have strong Flutter and Dart skills, experience integrating mobile applications with backend APIs, and a good understanding of scalable application architecture, performance, security and app-store deployment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cross-platform applications using Flutter and Dart.
• Translate Figma designs into accurate, responsive and reusable interfaces.
• Integrate applications with REST APIs and third-party services.
• Implement authentication, push notifications, deep links, payments and other mobile features.
• Manage application state using Bloc, Riverpod, Provider or a similar solution.
• Write clean, modular, testable and maintainable code.
• Identify and resolve performance, compatibility and usability issues.
• Implement secure storage and appropriate protection for sensitive user data.
• Write unit, widget and integration tests.
• Collaborate with designers, backend developers and project managers.
• Maintain code using Git and participate in code reviews.
• Prepare and publish applications to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Monitor released applications and resolve production issues.

Essential technical skills

• 3-4 years of mobile application development experience, including strong commercial experience with Flutter.
• Strong knowledge of Dart and the Flutter framework.
• Good understanding of Flutter widgets, layouts, navigation and application lifecycle.
• Experience with state-management solutions such as Bloc, Riverpod or Provider.
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs and working with JSON.
• Understanding of clean architecture and common design patterns.
• Experience with local storage solutions such as SQLite, Hive or SharedPreferences.
• Familiarity with Firebase services, including Authentication, Cloud Messaging, Crashlytics and Analytics.
• Experience implementing secure authentication, token management and secure local storage.
• Understanding of asynchronous programming, isolates and performance optimisation.
• Experience using Git and working with collaborative development workflows.
• Knowledge of Android and iOS build processes, signing and release management.
• Experience publishing applications to both major app stores.
• Experience integrating Flutter applications with Laravel or Node.js APIs.
• Knowledge of WebSockets and real-time messaging.
• Experience with payment gateways such as Stripe.
• Experience with social login, maps, camera, media uploads and background services.
• Familiarity with automated builds and CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions.
• Basic understanding of native Android development in Kotlin or native iOS development in Swift.
• Experience developing marketplace, booking, subscription or social-platform applications.
• Familiarity with App Store and Play Store policies, including requirements relating to subscriptions and external payments.
