The role requires strong engineering fundamentals, with particular emphasis on Clean Architecture, Secure Coding, Application Security, Encryption, Performance, and NativeFlutter Interoperability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop scalable mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
  • Develop and maintain Android native components using Kotlin.
  • Build robust Flutter-to-Native integrations using:
  • Platform Channels

  • Design applications using Clean Architecture, SOLID principles, design patterns, and modular architecture.
  • Implement secure coding practices across both Flutter and Android native layers.
  • Work on application security areas including:
  • Encryption/decryption
  • Secure key management

  • Optimize application performance, memory usage, startup time, network usage, and rendering performance.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues involving Flutter Android SDK Backend interactions.
  • Implement unit, widget, integration, and native-layer tests.
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding and architectural standards.
  • Collaborate with architects, backend engineers, QA, DevOps, security teams, and product stakeholders.
  • Contribute to technical design, estimation, documentation, and engineering best practices.

  • Unit testing with appropriate Flutter/Dart and Android testing frameworks. Widget and integration testing.
  • Strong understanding of code quality, static analysis, and code review practices.
What We Expect

The candidate should be an engineer who can work across both Flutter and Android Native layers, rather than a Flutter-only developer.

They should be able to independently investigate an issue that starts in Flutter, crosses a platform channel, enters Kotlin code, interacts with a third-party SDK, and identify and resolve the problem end-to-end.

Strong emphasis will be placed on hands-on technical capability, architecture, native integration, security, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
