Job summary

Finonyx Software Solutions Pvt Ltd in Bengaluru seeks an experienced FLEXCUBE Project Manager to lead end-to-end Oracle FLEXCUBE implementation, upgrade, integration, and support for banking clients.

The ideal candidate has 12+ years in FLEXCUBE/core banking, strong PM skills, and deep knowledge of CASA, Loans, Deposits, Payments, and GL.

Experience with FCUBS architecture, APIs, interfaces, SDLC, Agile/Waterfall, and stakeholder management is required.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Oracle FLEXCUBE / Core Banking projects.
• Experience in Project Management / Program Management roles.
• Strong experience managing FLEXCUBE implementation, upgrade, migration, or integration projects.
• Understanding of FLEXCUBE architecture, interfaces, APIs, and integrations with banking apps.

We are looking for an experienced FLEXCUBE Project Manager to lead and manage end-to-end Oracle FLEXCUBE implementation, upgrade, integration, and support projects for banking clients. The ideal candidate should have strong project management capabilities combined with a good understanding of core banking processes and Oracle FLEXCUBE.

Skills & Experience

• 12+ years of experience in Oracle FLEXCUBE / Core Banking projects
• Experience in Project Management / Program Management roles.
• Strong experience managing FLEXCUBE implementation, upgrade, migration, or integration projects.
• Good understanding of core banking modules and banking processes such as:
• CASA
• Loans
• Deposits
• Payments
• Trade Finance
• General Ledger
• Limits & Collateral
• Customer Management
• Experience working with Oracle FLEXCUBE Universal Banking (FCUBS).
• Understanding of FLEXCUBE architecture, interfaces, APIs, and integration with surrounding banking applications.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Waterfall methodologies, testing, release management, and production implementation.
• Excellent stakeholder and client management skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership capabilities.
• Experience managing geographically distributed teams is preferred.
