Job summary

Fidelity International in Gurugram is seeking a proactive Process Associate on a fixed-term 11-month contract. The role focuses on process training, MI creation, quality checks, and driving improvements across the Fund Dealing capability.

You will collaborate with multiple teams to ensure accurate, timely delivery and regulatory compliance. The candidate should handle escalations, manage large volumes to deadlines, and work in offshore shifts while building product knowledge and stakeholder

About your team

We have reorganized the core delivery teams into five different capability teams, namely- Fund Dealing & Brokerage, Transfers & Retirement, Client Account Management, Payments & Distribution and Reconciliations & Product Management. Capability teams have the skill sets persistently available to set and manage strategic direction, run and maintain the capability and to support a projected regulatory and mandatory change agenda. The mission of the 'Fund Dealing' team is to execute all types of trades for the retail and WI products while maintaining compliance with rigorous SLA’s. This team is committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience by focusing on operational smoothness, reducing errors, and providing timely results, all aimed at fostering trust and satisfaction among clients. The team utilizes lean and six sigma methodologies and works closely with the product owner to drive overall process improvements, ensuring efficient and exceptional service delivery throughout the dealing journey.

About your role

We are looking for highly energetic individuals who are inquisitive, creative, and willing to challenge the status quo by identifying new and improved ways of working. The Process Associate is expected to develop a detailed understanding of end‑to‑end processes and play an active role in driving operational excellence.

• Key responsibilities include conducting process trainings, driving improvement initiatives, participating in projects, and supporting continuous improvement across the team.
• The role also involves maintaining accurate and timely management information (MI), performing quality checks, documenting results, identifying process gaps or issues, and actively participating in discussions to agree and implement corrective actions.
• This position offers the opportunity to contribute beyond BAU activities while developing strong process, analytical, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• To be able to process work items within agreed service level accurately.
• To quality check all work items the same day and report any errors.
• Taking ownership of individual issues and ensuring that they are resolved to the satisfaction of the customer.
• Completing projects as assigned including Testing prior to any system changes.
• Liaison with other departments across sites.
• Develop an understanding of Fidelity’s products and businesses as well as the internal and external clients.
• To gain regulatory knowledge and ensure knowledge is maintained.
• To keep the supervisor(s) informed of work in progress and elevate any issues/risks which may impact daily work and SLAs.
• To ensure knowledge of procedures are kept up to date and any new procedures implemented.
• Knowledge on stats and reporting would be added advantage.
• Should be able to train the team members on critical tasks.
• Should be able to review and update process documents independently.
• Should be able to drive innovation in the team.
