Darwinbox Digital Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a disciplined Fixed Income professional to join our Mumbai desk.

You will execute a range of fixed income trades, monitor markets, and coordinate with brokers to ensure best execution. The role requires strong compliance, attention to detail, and collaboration with the fund management team. You will work on government and corporate bonds, money market instruments, and derivatives, contributing to bond valuations and timely trade entry while

Qualifications

• A degree in Financial markets/commerce with min 60% marks.
• Certifications in financial markets (e.g., CFA, FRM, or NISM) preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in fixed income dealing.
• Proven track record in executing fixed income bond trades.

Responsibilities

• Execute fixed income trades across government bonds, corporate bonds, money market instruments, and derivatives.
• Monitor live market activity, identify trading opportunities, and negotiate with brokers for best execution.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines during trade execution.
• Maintain relationships with market intermediaries and counterparties.
• Should be well versed with making bond cash flows for g-sec, sdl, plain vanilla and/or structured bonds.
• Stay updated on macroeconomic trends, interest rate movements, and fixed income market developments.
• Provide insights on yield curves, credit spreads, and market liquidity.
• Input trades in the system within prescribed timelines while coordinating with stakeholders.
• Provide bond valuations before trading of bonds.

Trade Execution and Market Interaction

• Provide Bond valuations before trading ofbonds
• Necessary approvals (for buy / sell down)to be taken from authorized person for facilitating smooth trades.
