Job summary

Quest Global in Bengaluru seeks an experienced Integrity Engineer for RBI and in-service inspection of pressure equipment, piping, heat exchangers, tanks and relief devices in refinery/petrochemical/LNG/Oil & Gas facilities.

Responsibilities include analyzing inspection results, developing RBI strategies, performing corrosion analysis and fitness-for-service assessments, and coordinating with global teams to ensure compliance with ASME/API standards. RBI/APM/IDMS experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Metallurgical, or a related engineering discipline.
• 5 to 10 years of experience in repair & in-service inspection of pressure equipment, piping, heat exchangers, tanks and relief devices in refinery/petrochemical/LNG/Oil & Gas facilities.
• Analyze inspection results and recommend corrective actions.
• Perform corrosion analysis, thickness calculations, and fitness-for-service assessments.
• Develop and maintain RBI strategies, inspection intervals in compliance with company documents, local regulations and international standards (ASME, API).
• Preparation of scope for performing inspection activities.
• Experience in RBI / interval optimization of PRD's.
• Knowledge of materials, related damage mechanisms and NDTs applicable in refineries/upstream facilities.
• Troubleshoot integrity issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend solutions.
• Coordinate with global teams for knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
• Ensure adherence to SHE standards and manage integrity-related risks.
• Hands-on experience with RBI/APM/IDMS software (GE-APM/Credo/Visions/Predix).
• Preferred valid certifications in API-510/570/571/580.

Key Responsibilities
