Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day maintenance of a complete and accurate general ledger.
• Prepare reconciliations of general ledger account balances and resolve reconciling items.
• Assist with maintenance of fixed assets, including acquisitions, disposals, transfers and construction in progress.
• Update various reports with current month-end information (discretionary spend, intercompany detail, allocations).
• Prepare basic financial reports.
