• 10+ years overall IT experience.
• 7+ years in contact center architecture.
• 5+ years hands-on Five9 implementation.
• Extensive Salesforce Service Cloud Voice / Salesforce Voice Cloud experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and architecture of cloud contact center solutions.
• Collaborate with Salesforce teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure CCaaS solutions.

The architect will be responsible for driving end‑to‑end contact center transformation initiatives, partnering with business stakeholders, solution architects, Salesforce teams, telecom providers, and implementation partners to deliver scalable, secure, and high‑performing customer engagement solutions.
