Trans Acnr Solutions is seeking a Fitter Technician for Bus Air Conditioner Installation. The role focuses on installing and fitting bus AC units and related mechanical components at manufacturing facilities and customer sites.

You will read basic engineering drawings, perform drilling, cutting, grinding, and simple fabrication, and assist AC technicians with installation, servicing, and maintenance while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• ITI in Fitter, Mechanical, or a related technical trade preferred.
• Experience in mechanical fitting, fabrication, assembly, or vehicle-related installation is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools, drilling, and fastening techniques.
• Ability to understand basic technical drawings and fitting instructions.
• Knowledge of bus body building, automotive assembly, or HVAC installation will be an added advantage.
• Willingness to work at bus manufacturing facilities and customer locations as required.

Responsabilités

• Maintain quality standards and ensure proper housekeeping at the worksite.

Position: Fitter Technician Bus Air Conditioner Installation

Department: Service & Installation

Key Responsibilities:

Install and fit bus air-conditioning units and related mechanical components.

Perform drilling, cutting, grinding, and basic fabrication work as required for installation.

Assemble and mount AC components, brackets, supports, ducts, and related fittings.

Read and understand basic engineering drawings and installation instructions.

Assist AC technicians with installation, servicing, and maintenance activities.

Ensure proper alignment, fastening, and secure fitting of components.

Identify fitting issues and support troubleshooting during installation.
