Responsibilities

• Timely execution of Installation with Project Closure.
• Timely response & updating the site and project status to HQ.
• Customer complaint resolution with Closure with RCA.
• Conducting Installation / Trouble Shooting training.
• Closure of Warranty and Non Warranty Tickets.
• Conducting Performance Audit for supplied products.
• Achieve targeted after Sales Business.
• Minimize Cost of Poor quality.

• KSP (Knowledge sharing Programme)- Conducting Installation / Trouble Shooting / Spares Selection training to SHPL / SP/ CP / Authorized Installation contractors.
• Regional After Sales Business as per KRA
• Closure of Warranty and Non Warranty Tickets with in OTD
• Conducting the Performance Audit / Campaign for the supplied products
• Achieve the Targeted after Sales Business inline to the organization goals.
• Minimize the QAR, Cost of Poor quality (FOC Supply)
