Job summary

Apex Group in Pune is seeking a fund administration specialist to manage complex fund data and transitions. You will lead the conversion of Private Equity Funds to the eFront platform, liaising with onshore teams, clients and auditors to ensure accuracy and compliance.

You will also develop KPIs, review fees and allocations, and set up funds, securities and investor data across Investran, eFront, Paxus and Yardi, coordinating with multiple stakeholders to meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience in fund administration and accounting systems setup.
• Ability to liaise with onshore teams, clients and auditors.
• Experience developing KPIs and maintaining controls.

• Convert Private Equity Funds from other accounting applications to eFront.

• Develop KPIs and ensure necessary controls are in place in the process.
• Review admin/management fees, waterfall and clawback calculations.
• Review LP/GP allocations and schedules; include data up to date.
• Complete fund, security and investor setup in accounting systems.
• Review LPA and procedures to improve efficiencies.
• Onboard investors in Investran, eFront, Paxus and maintain contact details.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Execute conversion of Private Equity Funds from other accounting applications to eFront. Liaising with Onshore team, clients and Auditors on various requirements. Develop various KPIs to be followed and ensure all necessary controls are put in place in the process. Review of Admin/Management fees/Waterfall/Claw back calculations etc. Review Limited Partner and General Partners/Shareholder Allocation, calculations/schedules-includes integration up to date. Complete Fund set-up, Security set-up and investor set-up in accounting systems and complete data. Review LPA and procedure documents to recommend solutions in order to improve efficiencies. Implementation of fund structures and static data onto accounting system. Establish plan for new client setup and transitions. Understand and complete adhoc requests from clients. Develop customized reports in Investran and eFront to support the client requirements. Onboard Investors in Investran, eFront, Paxus and maintain contact details. Liaising with multiple stake holders in the organization and ensure the tight deadlines are met. Investran, Geneva, Paxus and Yardi.
