MAX Security Solutions seeks an experienced First Level Tactical Intelligence Analyst to join its 24/7 global intelligence environment. The role provides senior analytical support during shifts, ensuring high-quality reporting and effective incident coverage.

Key duties include drafting sensitive reports, validating sources, and guiding junior analysts while coordinating with supervisors to manage major incidents and elevated activity.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of full-time experience in intelligence analysis, security monitoring, crisis monitoring, newsroom operations, or a comparable operational environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree is required, with a Master’s degree being an advantage. Relevant fields of study include international relations, security studies, journalism, political science, area studies, or related disciplines.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong analytical judgment and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to produce accurate reporting under significant time pressure.
  • Strong OSINT research, verification, and source-validation capabilities.
  • Ability to handle complex and rapidly developing incidents independently.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple concurrent incidents and operational requirements.
  • Strong understanding of tactical intelligence reporting standards and workflows.
  • Professional communication skills and the ability to provide constructive guidance to other analysts.
  • Hands‑on experience with MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

  • Review and quality-check tactical intelligence reports to ensure accuracy, clarity, sourcing, and compliance with operational standards.
  • Draft and manage complex, sensitive, or high-priority tactical intelligence reports.
  • Support supervisors in managing operational priorities during major incidents and periods of elevated reporting volume.
  • Lead monitoring and assessment of significant developments, ensuring relevant incidents are identified, verified, prioritized, escalated, and carried forward between shifts as required.
  • Conduct source validation, information triangulation, geolocation, mapping, VISINT, and advanced OSINT research when required.
  • Support the implementation of reporting standards, procedures, and analytical best practices across the shift.

The First Level Tactical Analyst serves as a senior analytical resource during shifts, supporting supervisors in maintaining reporting quality, handling complex incidents, and ensuring effective monitoring and reporting during routine and high-tempo periods.
