Who we are looking for
Experienced person (minimum 15+ years) with deep knowledge of repo, collateral, and settlement operations, coupled with a strong risk & control mindset. Proven ability to manage global stakeholders, lead teams, and drive process efficiency and operational excellence. Strong Communication Skills (Written/Verbal).
What you will be responsible for
As Financing Solutions- Secured Finance, Assistant Vice President you will
- Process repo/reverse repo transactions across confirmations, settlements, and reconciliations
- Validate trade economics, collateral allocations, and netted settlements with clients/CPs
- Perform daily confirmations for collateral and cash providers via email
- Confirm netted settlements and wire instructions before execution
- Monitor onside/offside settlements for collateral and cash providers
- Track incoming/outgoing wires and ensure timely settlement execution
- Support triparty repo, FICC, and bilateral transactions
- Perform end‑of‑day balancing between Vendor and settlement systems
- Validate DDA balances and ensure zero discrepancy positions
- Execute FICC netting validation and exception tracking
- Identify and elevate settlement failures, pricing issues, or breaks
- Monitor failed trades and communicate to trading/management
- Support TMPG claims tracking and reporting

- Track and monitor the workflow queues/ day to day workload/pending requests/mailbox to avoid any potential issues and delays and ensure 100% SLA and accuracy and timelines for BAU deliverables.
- Drive opportunities to work across groups in support of client needs, contribute to enhancing operating model and key Business Unit and Transformation initiatives, deliver on business and regulatory initiatives as per set timelines, achieve our financial commitments by providing better client service.
- Always finding better ways to improve the process—you are responsible to drive and provide process improvement ideas to make the process and operating model better and efficient. Encourage staff to think differently. Look to provide time saves and risk reduction.
- Ensure 3 tier back up and bolster resiliency by planning split ops across both locations.
- Transformation – understand and assess internal control environment to drive year‑over‑year improvement and enhancement of internal controls – promote self‑identification working in partnership with the global Business Controls teams.
