Job summary

Responsibilities

• Support FP&A activities and assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Perform headcount and cost variance analysis and prepare reports.

• Validate and map base data for client invoicing and maintain Clarity data.
• Support project resource creation, deletion, and modification at L1/L2 levels.
• Provide L1 support for timesheet compliance and ensure data accuracy.

Financial Planning Associate / Sr. Associate

About the Role

We are looking for an Associate / Sr. Associate to join the ISPL Project Office. The role will support financial planning and analysis, budgeting and forecasting, variance analysis, management reporting, MIS, project resource management, and timesheet compliance. The position also involves maintaining accurate project data and providing L1/L2 support for project management tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) activities.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Perform headcount and cost variance analysis.
• Prepare management reports and MIS using MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Validate and map base effort data for client invoicing.
• Maintain accurate data in the Clarity toolset.
• Support project resource creation, deletion, and modification at L1/L2 level.
• Provide L1 support for timesheet compliance across a large user group.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial and project-related data.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve data and process-related queries.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
• Finance background with understanding of FP&A concepts.
• Exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Experience/exposure to management reporting and MIS.
• Working knowledge of Clarity and Power BI will be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Adaptive to changes and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
