You will manage a team of financial analysts, develop dashboards, and ensure accurate financial reporting aligned with GAAP and business needs. Strong collaboration and independent work are essential.

Qualifications

• CA with 5+ years’ experience in Financial Planning & Analysis.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Proven understanding of GAAP in constructing financial modeling and reports.
• Hands on experience in planning, reporting and data analysis.
• Experience in providing decision support to business unit leadership.
• Experience presenting to leadership.
• Knowledge of planning systems and advanced use of Excel.
• Attention to details, synthesize and present analysis concisely.
• Self-starter and problem solver.
• Effective communicator and team player.
• Comfortable working independently.

• Research complex financial issues independently and present structured solutions to senior leadership
• Apply deep knowledge of financial analysis techniques to deliver high-quality insights that drive business decisions

We’re looking for someone who has:

CA with 5+ years’ experience in Financial Planning & Analysis

Preferred candidates also have:

• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
