Job summary

Dozee Health AI, headquartered in Bengaluru, seeks an FP&A & Commercial Finance professional to own India financials, budgeting, and dashboards. You will collaborate with Sales, Operations, Tech, and Product across time zones, while coordinating with US teams on consolidation and reporting.

The role requires 1–3 years in FP&A or related finance roles in SaaS/healthcare, strong modelling, and proficiency in Excel/BI tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, CA or related field.
• MBA/CFA is a plus.
• 1–3 years in FP&A, business finance, or commercial finance roles.
• Experience in SaaS, medtech, or healthcare.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; BI tools like Power BI, Tableau.
• Proactive, structured thinker with ability to work across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Support pricing, deal structuring, and customer profitability analysis for contracts.
• Track revenue performance and operating metrics (MRR, CAC, churn, gross margin).
• Support margin improvement initiatives and business cases for expansion/partnerships.
• Own monthly India financial and operational reporting for internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate budgeting/forecasting for India with global finance teams.
• Prepare dashboards and ad-hoc reports to aid leadership decisions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Tech, Product in India for financial visibility.
• Coordinate with US finance for consolidation, intercompany billing, and data reconciliation.

Responsibilities

Commercial & Business Finance Support

• Support pricing, deal structuring, and customer profitability analysis for the contracts
• Track the revenue performance, operating metrics (MRR, CAC, churn, gross margin), and
• support margin improvement initiatives
• Assist in business cases for expansion, partnerships, and key strategic investments.

FP&A & Reporting

• Own monthly reporting of India financial and operational performance for internal stakeholders
• Support the budgeting and forecasting process for India region in coordination with global finance teams
• Perform variance analysis and highlight key trends, risks, and opportunities to the Business Finance Lead
• Prepare dashboards and ad-hoc reports to support leadership decision-making

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Sales, Operations, Tech, Product, etc. teams in India to ensure financial visibility and support key initiatives
• Coordinate with the US finance teams for inputs related to consolidation, intercompany billing, and data reconciliation
• Support preparation of board decks and investor materials with insights

Requirements

• Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, CA or related field; MBA/CFA is a plus
• Experience: 1-3 years in FP&A, business finance, or commercial finance roles, ideally in SaaS, medtech, or healthcare.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
• Familiarity with SaaS metrics and India business context.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau).
• Personal Traits: Proactive, structured thinker, comfortable working across time zones, and excited to work in a high-growth healthtech startup.
