Job summary

Mastek is seeking a strategic and analytical finance leader to partner with the business and delivery leadership for the designated BU in Mumbai. The role will own the complete P&L for the BU and oversee MIS, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis and other financial metrics to support decision making.

The successful candidate will drive controllership, implement robust processes, and work closely with business teams to provide financial parameters and insights to guide strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIS reporting, monthly forecast, variance analysis, budgets, ad-hoc business analysis and financial modeling. Presenting recommendations to business leaders.
• Provide controllership to the business, build processes, and improve controls.
• Work closely with the business team and support them with all financial parameters.

This position will work very closely with business and delivery leader for the designated BU. The position will own the complete P&L for the BU and will be responsible for MIS, forecast, margin improvement, budgeting, variance analysis, other financial metrics, and helping business in decision support through data analysis and business insight.
