Job summary

Manipal Hospitals in Bengaluru seeks a senior FP&A and Finance Analytics lead to partner with AVP FP&A and business leads on planning, budgeting, rolling forecasts, and strategic decisions.

You will drive analytics across revenue, margins, and working capital, build CFO‑level dashboards, and own the finance digital roadmap with measurable efficiency gains.

Qualifications

• 12-14 years of progressive finance experience, with the latter 4–5 years combining senior FP&A ownership with systems and analytics leadership.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle/SAP ERP (mandatory), Power BI, advanced Excel/financial modelling.
• Proven ability to build CFO-level dashboards, management reporting frameworks, and financial models that drive decisions, not just present data.

Responsibilities

• FP&A & Business Partnering: Collaborate with AVP FP&A and business leads on annual planning, budgeting, rolling forecasts, financial modelling, business cases, and strategic decision support.
• Finance Analytics & Insights: Lead group finance analytics across revenue, margins, costs, working capital, and unit‑level P&L; translate data into actionable insights.
• Finance Digital Roadmap: Drive finance digital transformation initiatives with milestones, ownership, adoption metrics, and measurable efficiency improvements.
