What would you do? You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data/reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) involves budgeting, forecasting, and analyzing a company’s financial performance. It helps in making informed business decisions by evaluating financial data, identifying trends, and providing insights. The goal is to support strategic planning and ensure the company’s financial health. Key activities include budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, trend analysis, and scenario modelling.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Analyze and solve moderately complex problems.
• Create new solutions, leveraging and adapting existing methods and procedures when needed.
• Understand the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals.
• Interact with direct supervisor and peers/management at client and within Accenture.
• Provide guidance on methods and procedures for new assignments.
• Make decisions that impact the team.
• Manage small teams and/or work efforts as required.
• May require you to work in rotational shifts.
