Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Senior Analyst in Bengaluru to generate and maintain financial reports for senior leadership, and to develop dashboards for ongoing performance monitoring. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive automation and process improvements.

The role requires 5–8 years of FP&A experience, strong data visualization skills, and proficiency in Excel, SQL, and BI tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or programming fields with 5–8 years of relevant FP&A/reporting experience.
• Experience in reporting & analytics involving data visualization, tools development & automation.
• Understands both front end and back-end systems.
• Ability to present data to management and interpret reports.
• Proficiency in Excel, MS Access, VBA, SQL and BI tools Cognos, QlikView, Power BI, Tableau, Python.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-company environment with deadlines.
• Ability to document work in progress according to procedures.
• Attention to detail and strong stakeholder management.

Process Overview CRT group supports Global Claims by providing operations-related reports used by Senior Leadership team such as claims and financial reports on a weekly and monthly basis. The team generates reports and focuses on dashboard development, maintenance and fix using different business intelligence tools.
