Job summary

Mount Talent Consulting seeks a finance professional with a Bachelor's or Master’s in accounting/finance or CA and 4–8 years of relevant experience in financial accounting and reporting, fixed assets and lease accounting, accruals and month-end close.

Proficiency in Oracle (GL, FA, AP), Hyperion, SAP Business Objects, MS Access, and other ERP systems is preferred, with advanced Excel; Tableau/Alteryx a plus. You will provide a wide range of financial services in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in accounting/finance or CA with relevant experience.
• 4–8 years of experience in financial accounting and reporting, fixed assets and lease accounting, accrual/prepaid accounting and reconciliations, month end/year end close.
• Experience with consolidation of financials, audit controls and governance.

Job description

Bachelors / master’s degree in accounting or finance or CA, with experience and strong interest in accounting concepts.

4-8years of relevant experience in financial accounting and reporting, fixed assets and lease accounting, accrual/prepaid accounting and reconciliations, month end/year end close, accounting systems and procedures, consolidation of financials, audit controls and governance etc.

• Prior experience in taxation would be preferred.

Must be able to perform successfully in a fast-paced, intellectually intense, service-oriented environment and to interpret rules and guidelines flexibly to enhance the business.

• Willingness to provide a wide range of financial services from routine tasks to intricate financial

management data

• Oracle experience a plus (GL, Fixed Assets and AP), Hyperion, SAP Business Objects, MS Access and other comparable ERP systems experience preferred

• MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word proficiency and adaptable to different software applications
• Advanced Excel skills and/or experience with other analytical tools (such as Tableau, Alteryx, etc.) will be added advantage
