Job summary

Godrej Foods seeks a detail-oriented Finance Consultant to support accounting operations in India. You will handle accounts payable, vendor reconciliations, TDS compliance, and MIS reporting, with hands-on SAP FICO experience.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of experience in Finance & Accounts, with strong Excel skills and a solid grasp of accounting principles to support month-end activities and reporting.

Qualifications

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) required.
• Candidates with relevant experience in Finance & Accounts preferred.
• Hands-on SAP FICO experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Payable processes, including invoice verification and payment processing.
• Ensure accurate deduction and compliance of TDS as per statutory requirements.
• Perform vendor account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Handle general accounting activities, including journal entries and ledger scrutiny.
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports to support business decision-making.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Ensure proper maintenance of accounting records and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors for finance-related queries.
• Work on SAP FICO for various accounting and reporting activities.
