Job summary

Acesoft Labs is hiring a Financial Analyst to join a global finance team in a hybrid/remote setup. The role focuses on FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and month-end reporting, with exposure to leadership dashboards.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in FP&A, advanced Excel modeling, and strong presentation skills. You will work with the U.S. leadership and support variance analysis, driving data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of FP&A / financial analysis experience in an MNC.
• Advanced Excel (financial modeling & large datasets).
• Strong skills in PowerPoint; SQL/Presto/Oracle EPM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting & month-end reporting.
• Consolidate revenue, headcount, and expenses into a P&L view.
• Build & maintain dashboards (Power BI / Tableau) for leadership insights.

Were Hiring: Financial Analyst

Location: Bangalore / Mumbai / Gurgaon (Remote, Hybrid option available). Shift: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM IST (aligned to U.S. team hours). Duration: 12 Months | Level: II (3+ years experience).
