Job summary

Training Basket is seeking a detail-oriented finance analyst to analyze financial statements, prepare reports, forecasts, budgets and variance analyses. The role supports monthly, quarterly, and annual planning, tracks KPIs, and presents insights to management with dashboards and presentations.

You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and compliance with financial policies, maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Excel including formulas, PivotTables and data analysis.
• Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
